When We Arrive
We bring all necessary platters, serving utensils, and garnishes for the food. Your specific contract will determine what utensils, plates, & glasses we bring. We will provide staff as necessary to set up & serve the food at your location. If you would like for us to use any of your platters or serving pieces, that must be disclosed and will be specified in the contract.

At Coleman Catering, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
During Your Event
We tailor your service to your particular event. We begin with the basic set and the possibilities are endless. At a typical event we will set up, refill food and beverages, remove dirty items and ensure guest satisfaction. We are happy to help in anyway that we can. All the details will be outlined in your contract.
When We Leave
The magic of catering - at the end of the night, we do all the cleanup. It is our goal to leave the venue as we found it. We allow you to enjoy your event with your guests.
Other Important Details
Pricing - A deposit will be due to hold your event. The final head count and payment will be due 5 days prior to your event. We will be prepared for your head count and will not be able to reduce the price if your count drops. If the guest number increases, we will do our best to accommodate the additional guest and there will be an additional charge.
Bar - We are not licensed to sell alcohol; however we are able to help you with your bar needs such as set up and service. We can bring everything but the alcohol including the bartender.
Rentals - We can assist you with renting any items that you may need. Any items that are not rented through Coleman Catering will not be the responsibility of Coleman Catering for damages, return, setup or breakdown. If there are any damages to table linens it will be the responsibility of the customer.
Event Planners
We can assist you with full service event planning. We have list of recommended vendors to help you with all your needs.
